After many years of waiting, Apple decided to grace Belgium with a brand new Apple store. Not just any store, this brand new store has the direct influence of Apple’s Chief Design Officer Jony Ive and SVP of Apple Retail Angela Ahrendts. Between the curved glass design and the timber influences, there now are ten trees, grounded by Ferrari leather-clad benches creating a promenade flanking the Genius tables. The design of the benches is previously only seen at Selfridges’s Wonder Room in London, one of the only places to sell the Apple Watch Edition in the UK. Let’s take a look.
